Answer: Candidates successful in PET/PST/Documentation/Trade (Skill) test/Written test will be shortlisted for DME based on merit in the Written test, at a ratio of approximately 4 times the number of vacancies for each trade/category.

Q 9: What are the parameters for the Physical Efficiency Test (PET)?

Answer: For All India except Ladakh Region: Male candidates must complete a 05 km run within 24 minutes. Female candidates must complete a 1.6 km run within 8.30 minutes. Ladakh Region has separate parameters: Male candidates - 1.6 Km run to qualify within 7.00 minutes, Female candidates - 800 meter run to qualify within 5.00 minutes.
